2. ORIGINAL ARTWORK & PAINTINGS

Original artwork and paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces.

Before purchasing an original artwork, please contact us at:

This allows us to confirm availability, calculate shipping costs, discuss packaging, and arrange insured delivery.

Packaging & Shipping

Each original artwork is carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery.

Artwork will be shipped with insurance whenever available through the shipping carrier.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping, packaging, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional delivery fees.

Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review all artwork photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, contact us before placing your order.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Photos of the artwork
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos showing the damage

We will assist with filing an insurance claim where applicable. Any reimbursement depends on the shipping carrier's insurance policy and claim decision.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital items (PDFs, templates, downloads, online content, etc.) are delivered electronically.

There are no shipping fees for digital products.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

4. SIGNED BOOKS
--------------------------------------------------

When physical copies of A. Lune's books become available, signed editions and exclusive gift bundles will ship from South Korea.

Processing Time

Signed books may require 5–10 business days for personalization and packaging.

5. WRONG ADDRESS OR DELIVERY ISSUES
