1. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Most items in this shop are fulfilled and shipped by third-party print providers.

POD products typically require 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

International: 7–21 business days

2. Digital Products
Digital items (PDFs, templates, downloads, online courses) are delivered instantly via email or account access.
There are no shipping fees for digital products.
3. Signed Books
When physical copies of A. Lune’s books are released, signed editions with exclusive gifts will ship directly from South Korea.
Processing Time
Signed items may require 5–10 business days for preparation, personalization, and packaging.

Buyers outside Korea are responsible for import taxes or duties.
Returns & Exchanges
Signed books, personalized copies, and gift bundles are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged upon arrival.

4. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible, but resolution may depend on the carrier.
5. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, as different products may ship from different locations or production partners.
