1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
All digital products—including PDFs, templates, downloads, courses, and digital kits—are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Most physical products in this shop are produced and shipped by third-party print providers.
We offer replacements or refunds ONLY if:
The item arrives damaged
The item is defective
The incorrect item was received
The print quality is flawed
We do NOT offer refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Minor variations in color or placement due to the printing process

We will work with our print provider to resolve it quickly.
3. Returns
Because products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect choices made during checkout
Dislike of the product after receiving it
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement or refund.
Do not ship any items back unless instructed.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered at this time.
If your product is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it with the same item.
