Rya is a reader, painter, and collector of stories.

Inspired by literature, vintage aesthetics, quiet moments, and the emotions that linger long after the final page, she creates original artwork by hand using traditional media, including oil and watercolor.

Her work often begins with a book, a memory, or a feeling she can't quite let go of, transforming familiar stories into something visual, personal, and entirely her own.

When she isn't painting, she's usually reading, searching for forgotten treasures, hunting nature to take spiders home as a pet, or adding another book to an already impossible TBR.
